The Glyphology collection uses the power of lines and expressive marks to focus attention on the distilled essence of forms rooted in evolutionary intelligence. The images seek to revitalize the relationship between humans, the natural world, and the animating force that moves through all living things.
 
This minimalist bee print is composed of shapes that evoke curiosity and experimentation, like a modern day petroglyph, or pictograph. A vertical image, the bee is pictured with abstract botanical forms in a  bold, totemic style that symbolizes the harmonic of pollination, the dance of the bee, and the interdependence within Nature.
 
The original image was created in 2022 using pigment marker on Italian-made Fabriano Mixed Media (160 gsm) paper. Each print is reproduced from high resolution images of the original artwork and printed on Moab Entrada Rag Bright 290 gsm, 100% cotton fine art paper using an archival pigment giclée process, known for its rich texture, bright whites, and long-term archival stability.
