Refund Policy and Returns

Original Artwork

  • All sales of original artwork are final.

  • If your original artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alisonfaststudio.com with photos and your order number.

  • All original artworks are fully insured.  In the rare event that an original artwork is damaged or lost in transit, a full refund will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss. 

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of original artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. While refunds are not offered, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. When possible, exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

  • Refunds are not offered for issues related to buyer remorse, incorrect address, or delays outside our control.

Custom Prints, Limited Edition & Open Edition Prints

  • Custom, limited and open edition prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

  • Artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

  • If a custom, limited edition, or open edition artwork arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a fulfillment error or loss in transit, please contact info@alisonfaststudio.com immediately with photos and your order number. 

  • All shipments include tracking and insurance.

  • Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged items are subject to carrier verification.

  • For approved claims, replacement shipping costs will be covered.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements for orders affected by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Buyers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

  • Re-shipping or recovery costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
