1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Custom, limited edition, and open edition prints require 7–14 business days to fulfill.

Original artworks may require additional handling time due to careful packaging.

Please allow up to 3–5 weeks total from purchase to delivery.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us via the Contact Form prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery (United States)

All orders are shipped within the United States with tracking and insurance.

Shipping is via USPS flat rate by default; UPS or FedEx can be arranged upon request.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)
1 lb or less - $14
1 lb - 2 lb - $30
2 lb - 4 lb - $35
4 lb - 6 lb - $45
USPS Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
1 lb or less - $55
1 lb - 2 lb - $60
2 lb - 4 lb - $65
4 lb - 6 lb - $90
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method, unless otherwise noted.
3. Packaging & Artwork Protection
Packaging is tailored to protect your artwork and ensure safe delivery:

Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size. Flat shipping may be requested and may incur additional costs.

Larger artworks are wrapped in archival materials (such as glassine paper) and shipped in secure tubes.

Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers using archival packaging.

All shipments are fully insured and tracked.
4. Shipping Destinations & International Orders

We currently ship within the United States

International orders are not guaranteed and may be arranged by request only. If you are interested in purchasing artwork for delivery outside the United States, please contact us prior to placing your order to inquire about availability, shipping options, timelines, and applicable costs. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in item prices or shipping costs.
5. Local Delivery / Drop-Off

We do not offer in-store or curbside pickup.

If you purchase an original painting and live in the Los Angeles area (within 100 miles), a drop-off may be arranged for a flat rate. Use the Contact Form to arrange details.
6. Refund Policy – Original Artwork

Sales of original artwork are final.

If artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact info@alisonfaststudio.com immediately with photos and your order number.

All original artwork is fully insured. Once carrier verification is complete, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
7. Refund Policy – Limited & Open Edition Prints

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit.

Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged prints are issued case by case, subject to carrier verification.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

If your order arrives damaged, contact info@alisonfaststudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Original artwork: Full refund or replacement after carrier verification.

Prints: Refunds or replacements may be issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to carrier verification.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Re-shipping costs for returned items are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once an item is shipped to the address provided and marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Any costs associated with re-shipping or recovery are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address changes must be requested before shipment. We cannot modify addresses after shipping.
